Reporting an incorrect or confusing result

Please include:

• the discount's title or code;
• the rule code shown in the report;
• the expected result and the result Discount Doctor displayed; and
• a screenshot with unrelated store information removed.

Do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, orders, checkout links, passwords, access tokens, or payment information.

Before contacting support

Close and reopen the action once. Confirm that you opened it from the selected discount's details page. Then compare the result with the supported scope, especially for app-managed discounts, exact buyer or market eligibility, and shipping outcomes.
